Engine horsepower and brake power are directly correlated; the greater the horsepower of the moped's engine, then the greater the brake's stopping power will be. Too high of a stopping power means that the moped may stop too suddenly in emergencies and flip or throw the operator off. The average brake power in the United State is 3.0 horsepower, with the highest being in Kansas at 3.5 horsepower.

Niinpä. Eihän meilläkään alle 60 km/h kulkevia sakoteta ellei sitten aja tierajoituksen yli. 65 km/h olisi sitten se ns. toimenpideraja josta lähdetään katsastuskonttorille hakemaan isompaa rekisterikilpeä ja suht' reipasta verolappua.
Edellinen siis täysin interweb-tietoa ja ihan yhtä totta kuin Kokoomuksen väite siitä että he ovat koko kansan työväenpuolue.
Kyproksella mopovuokraamon heebo sanoi ettei kypärää ole pakko pitää.
"Jos skoudet nappaa, siitä saa n. 40â,¬ sakon ja matka jatkuu ilman kypärää, no worries". Itse tietenkin normaalilla järjellä varustettuna kaverina pidin kypärää aina ajaessani. Mopolla.
Tuo 45 km/h on ns EU-moped sääntö, joka on voimassa EU:n alueella ... öö ... aika monissa maissa. Jenkeissäkin on mopoluokka, joka saa kulkea max 30 mph.
